Deed of Loan Waiver Template

This Deed of Loan Waiver (the "Deed") is made and entered into on [Date] by and between:

Whereas:

1. Loan Agreement: On [Original Loan Date], the Borrower and Lender entered into a loan agreement (the "Loan Agreement") under which the Borrower received a loan in the amount of [Loan Amount].

2. Repayment Terms: According to the Loan Agreement, the Borrower was required to repay the loan amount along with any applicable interest in [number of installments] installments, with the final payment due on [Final Payment Date].

3. Current Status: As of [Current Date], the Borrower has repaid [Amount Repaid] of the loan, and there remains an outstanding balance of [Outstanding Balance].

Now, Therefore, the parties agree as follows:

1. Waiver of Outstanding Loan Amount

The Lender, hereby waives and forgives the remaining outstanding balance of [Outstanding Balance] of the loan, and the Borrower shall have no further obligation to repay this amount. The Lender acknowledges that this waiver is unconditional and irrevocable.

2. Release of Claims

The Borrower confirms that no further claims, actions, or demands will be made against the Lender in relation to the Loan Agreement following the execution of this Deed.

4. No Admission of Liability

This Deed does not constitute an admission of liability by either party. It is executed solely to facilitate the waiver of the outstanding loan balance.

5. Governing Law

6. Entire Agreement
